As a Registered Massage Therapist and Whistler local who lives an active, outdoor lifestyle, I understand the physical demands of sport, recovery, and daily movement, especially given the lifestyle we live in Whistler. My approach to massage therapy is grounded in supporting mobility, injury recovery, and long-term physical well-being.
Massage therapy services are eligible for coverage under most extended health insurance plans. Insurance receipts provided upon appointment completion. Direct billing available.

Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of muscles and nerves to reduce pain, muscle tension & spasm while also aiming to improve mobility, decrease recovery time and promote relaxation.
I am an RMT trained to assess and treat specific injuries and conditions. A variety of techniques are used to customize a treatment that meets the clients ever changing changing needs.
I am happy to work closely with your physiotherapist or other practitioners to ensure you receive complete and comprehensive care
