Courtney Knight, RMT, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Courtney graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2002. She has focused on sports related injury management as well as systemic conditions using a variety of modalities to encourage movement towards health.
Courtney graduated from BCIT's Diagnostic Medical Sonography program in 2010.
Julie Sickel, RMT, Child Birth Educator, Doula
Julie graduated from Ontario's Centennial College in 2003. Julie is intrigued by how the body moves, builds and breaks down patterns and how it can heal and hinder itself. These curiosities lead her to take further education in myofascial, visceral and joint kinesthetic therapy. But what she is most captivated by is women’s health and wellness. Pregnancy, childbirth and the newborn.
Susie Zabilka, RMT
Susie graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria in 2010. Susie focuses treatments to the present necessity, whether it be sport, rehab or relaxation. She is a certified Feldenkrais therapist which has helped her continually appreciate the complexity of every human system as we use ourselves as a whole. The method helps reduce habitual movements and inefficient learned patterns due to injury
Jenna Jones, RMT
Jenna graduated from a 3 year massage therapy program and continued on to graduate from McMaster university for western medical acupuncture , which gave her a wider range of tools and an intergraded perspective on treating the body; from eastern and western methods.
Working as an RMT specializing in sports and prenatal therapies for the past 12 years Jenna has had ample opportunities to grow, learn and travel. Traveling with cirque de Soleil as a therapist, to living in Vietnam as a physical therapist, as well as taking extended education in healing in northern Thailand & Peru. Currently using my skill sets from BC and abroad to take on the role as a massage therapist for the Vancouver Canucks.
Steph Ball, RMT
Steph Ball believes that a well-tuned body allows you to be mentally and physically ready for life’s adventures and daily grind. Living a very active lifestyle, playing competitive sport in Australia, and then immersing herself in mountain biking, hiking, skiing and snowboarding since moving to Whistler in 2010. Steph understands the importance of a pain-free and well performing body.
Steph begun with a Diploma of Massage Therapy where she gained experience treating specific conditions and injuries with assessment and a wide variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release and joint mobilization. Graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC, she has in depth knowledge to assist clients towards their goals and needs.
Steph is on maternity leave and we look forward to welcoming her back Summer 2022
