Frequently asked questions

How does mobile massage work?


Our Registered Massage Therapists will arrive at your location 10-15 min prior to your appointment time equipped with massage table, clean linens and oil. The required space is approximately 6 x 10ft. This is a strictly professional non-sexual service.




Do you issue reciepts for extended health coverage?


Reciepts will be issued at the time of treatment indicating the date the treatment was recieved on. Reciepts will ONLY be issued in the name of the person recieving the massage.




What methods of payment do you accept?


Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash or e-transfer




What is your cancellation policy?


We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you respect our time and our ability to conduct our business by adhering to this policy.




Can you do more than one massage at a time?


We try to accommodate requests as much as possible for our clients. Based on staffing we are usually able to have 2 RMT's come at the same time and with enough notice up to 4.




Do you offer a locals rate?


If you are a full time resident who lives and works in Whistler, yes, we offer a very competitive locals rate and yes, we may need more information when booking. Give us a call for more details.
